Ricardo Menendez
SVP, Operations
Ricardo brings to Optoro more than 28 years of experience in supply chain and distribution operations for a variety of customers.
Ricardo has led teams that serviced successful fulfillment operations in a 3PL model for companies in the consumer field as well as OEM’s and software companies. With his insatiable drive for process improvements and lean operations, Ricardo is a key player in managing Optoro’s internal warehouse operations as well as those where Optoro partners with 3PLs.
Ricardo has a BS in Industrial Engineering from ITESO in Guadalajara, MX. When he is not on the road, he spends quality time with his two children as well as enjoying outdoor activities.
