To thank employees for their contributions to our growth, we have a sabbatical program for those celebrating five-year anniversaries [e.g. 5, 10, 15, etc]. This includes additional fully vested options and up to five weeks of paid leave, hoping that employees take this time to pursue interests of self-care, explore new skills, spend time with family, or just reset.
