Ben leverages deep retail experience to understand retailers’ key returns challenges and design solutions to address them with Optoro technology.
Ben started his career as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in using big data and advanced analytics to advise strategy decisions for large retail companies. He is passionate about understanding, organizing, and solving complex problems.
Ben leads Optoro’s Solutions team, which works closely with prospective clients to deeply understand their returns challenges and design effective solutions to address them. Equally important, his team captures and organizes market feedback from these interactions to inform product design decisions.
Ben loves skiing, running, and playing soccer. He holds a B.A. from Brown University in International Relations and Mechanical Engineering.
