How would you describe yourself in 10 keywords or fewer?
Creative, driven, ambitious, problem solver. 

What is your role at Optoro, and what do you do?
I am the IT Support Manager. I do a little bit of everything, from fixing computers to ensuring that client hardware is provisioned and delivered on time.

What did you do before Optoro, and why did you choose to work at Optoro?
Before Optoro, I did tech support for various companies including Circuit City. 

What is the most important thing you have learned since starting at Optoro?
The most important thing I have learned at Optoro is the value of adaptability. At any given time, a new challenge can arise that requires your attention and completely changes whatever plans you had for the day.

What is the best part of working at Optoro?
The best part of Optoro is definitely the people that work here. We have some very talented and smart people working together to get the job done. I can actually call many of my coworkers close friends, which is a testament to the awesome group of people we have here!

What would you most likely be doing on a normal Saturday afternoon in your free time?
I am generally trying to do something creative in my free time. Whether it’s music or video production, or working on my podcast!
