Optoro is the leading platform for returned and excess inventory, connecting buyers and sellers worldwide. We work with 20 of the top 100 retailers to manage their distressed or unloved inventory, using 21st century technology to route these goods simultaneously to a number of online stores, including our own eCommerce site, BLINQ.com. We also use our proprietary software, OptiTurn, to help retailers and manufacturers organize their warehouses.

Candidates have the opportunity to begin the interview process with an informal phone conversation with our talent team, which is then followed by a series of in-person interviews with both potential peers, our leadership team, and also our co-founders. For certain positions, you may be asked to complete additional exercises to assess your competency with specific aspects of the position.
